The Cobblestone Rewards Program rewards you for choosing to stay with us. You have two options to collect your reward: $40 for every 10 nights you stay with us (or) $40 Room Credit for every 10 nights you stay with us, which can be applied towards your next stay!

- When the stamp card is completed, you may redeem it by noting your choice on the return form. Please begin using another card and have it stamped to keep track of your stays.
- Present this stamp card for validation at check in or check out; card will only be stamped at check out, one stamp allowed per night stayed.
- Credit stamps cannot be issued at a later date for prior stays.
- Stamps are earned on the basis of nights stayed, not number of rooms purchased.
- There is no time limit to collect 10 stamps, but the $40 room credit must be redeemed within one year from the date the last stamp was collected.
- You may submit as many cards as you prefer; however, you must have a total of 10 stamps for redemption.
- Stamp cards are non-transferable.
- Stamps cannot be issued with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise determined by the participating hotel.
- Cobblestone Hotels and/or any participating hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen stamp cards.
- Please make a photocopy before mailing; Cobblestone Hotels will not issue any rewards without the original stamp card.
- When you are ready to receive your rewards, you must mail the original card to the address on the stamp card, but remember to make a copy. Cobblestone Hotels is not responsible for any lost or stolen stamp cards.
The program is open to all individuals, age 18 and over, who have a valid mailing address and email address. You may only enroll in the program for yourself, and may not collect or redeem stamps for anyone other than yourself. When you enroll in the program, we will establish an account in your name, assign a membership number to you, and provide you with a membership card. Once you have filled out the membership form online at www.cobblestonerewards.com, you will receive your membership card via email. You agree to provide accurate information to Cobblestone Hotels at all times, and to promptly notify Cobblestone Hotels of any change in your mailing or email address. At check in, your membership stamp card must be provided with a photo ID. Your card will only be stamped at check out, if you fail to receive the stamp from the front desk at check out, your stay will not be noted. Stamps will not be earned for stays made prior to the date of your enrollment. All rooms must be in your name. Only one person per stay may receive stamps, and stamps will be credited to only the individual whose name appears on the reservations. Stamps may not be split or shared. No early departure or eviction as a result of violations of hotel policy, etc. Stamps may be earned only for rewards of this program. You may redeem stamps for the $40 check from Cobblestone Hotels, or a $40 room credit towards a future stay. Room credit will expire one year from issuance date, and may only be used towards a future stay. You may use multiple room credits for a stay at any participating Cobblestone Hotels location. However, if the total of the room credit(s) exceeds the charges for the stay, neither Cobblestone Hotels nor participating hotel will pay the difference to you in cash or issue a room credit for the difference. The stamp card is the responsibility of the member and Cobblestone Hotels nor any participating hotel is liable for loss of theft. The membership card is non-transferable and is the property of Cobblestone Hotels, to whom it must be returned upon request. You many not sell, assign, make a gift of, or otherwise transfer all or any part of your stamped card. Only the member, to whom the $40 room credit is issued, may use the room credit. It cannot be assigned or otherwise transferred. Cobblestone Rewards can only be received on the rack rate with no promotions or discounts applied, unless otherwise determined by the location. Upon redeeming the reward of choice, it is recommended that the member make a copy of the stamp card prior to submitting for reward; Cobblestone Hotels nor the property is responsible for lost or stolen rewards cards. Only original reward stamp cards are accepted; no copies.
